If Bill C6 gets approved: the residency requirements is 3 years = 1095 days. In that you can show 50% of time from your Pre-PR period (as you had been here for 4 years) You would be eligible to apply for citizenship Aug 2016 + 1.5 years (assuming you dont leave the country) On a quick math...
