Update: Application Linked successfully, only change was no. of applicants shall be 3 (Applicant + Sponsor + Co-sponsor(spouse)) if you are sponsoring your child.

May be your application is returned, try to call CIC and ask them specifically to check whether they returned application? I submitted my application on 8 June 2018, My application was returned, and now I resubmitted my application

Did you fill up all the forms again or you just correct the form and resend the application as it is?
