    There is no problem linking offline application to online because online linking is only for tracking, you have already submitted your documents online. So online linking doesn't lead to refusal. its only for tracking.

    i have heard that embassy is off from 23rd Dec as they have winter holidays, so if we don't receive the visa this week, then we would have to wait till 2nd Jan.

    @Dimpysimple- All the best .. Hope your visa gets approved. I have also applied on 1st Dec through VFS Delhi, the status is still open, only medical is showing passed.
