If you are an American you won't get a PPR. You'll rather get a COPR since USA is a VISA exampt country. Took 7 months to my American spouse to get his COPR.

I have a question for those of you who already received a copr by mail. I received mine today, but it is nowhere said that I need to bring two pictures with me. I also don't have a sheet with the specs for the photographies..... is it normal ?? I don't need pictures with me ? Waiting for...

No need to submit passport, since USA is a visa exempt country. If your spouse has nothing on his FBI record (no arrest), your application should take around 5-6 months to be processed.

IRCC send me an e-mail on October 19th saying : 'your application is currently in queue for final review'. Any idea how long it can take before my husband got his COPR from there ?
