    I have done my BCOM (3yrs) and MCOM (2yrs) from IGNOU in distance mode. when i am using wes degree equivalency calculator on their website its showing my degree as diploma and my masters as degree. 1)what kind of logic is this? Has wes changed its policy on evaluation of distance education...
