When you login in ecas, you can update the Home Address to your new address by Yourself and wait for some time to get update may be 1 week. Did you try that option instead of contacting the IRCC local office ? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/change-address.asp

Saturday Citizenship Ceremony by IRCC, Chances are very very low unless its a Canada Day or any Special Holiday Event. I am aware that in Montreal there is no ceremony on Sep 17.
