We didn't hear anything from them for about 6 months after we mailed in our Schedule A and PC. Was planning on calling/emailing them to ask for status, but then they emailed and phoned us instead asking for passport info. No interview required either.

Just wanted to add an update Got passport documents request last week. Sending in the police certificate through mail was a non-issue (although I was worried about it getting lost in the process) Seems like the posters above all had different experiences.

Hi Hurlabrick. Thanks for the information! Just to update, I sent a technical error report through the CIC webform informing them I could not upload any documents. I got an email the next day stating that an agent is investigating. One week later, it seems like I can now upload the documents.
