    the first RCMP i got here in red deer was i sent it to the CEM . Beacause it is written in the letter that i will send it to the address in the upper right of the letter! And when i recieve the 2nd email , What i did last friday is I get another RCMP then i send it to Ottawa!

    hi Tithi99 Thanks for reply! They sent me again another email last friday! And It was written that im going to send the RCMP to Ottawa and not to CEM , and when it reached to ottawa , after the processing , the ottawa will send it out to CEM! It is really so stressful! :'(
