What is a reasonable wait time for this? Does the letter have to come all the way from Ukraine? (my wife lives with me in Canada)

Sponsorship approved on Dec 2nd. I checked status of application 3 days ago, it was still showing as in progress or processing, do not remember exactly what. Today is the first time that I saw "decision made"
