Hi, What should be the total fees for a'normal' Citizenship application? So i need to pay 630+ 75$ (for the processing fees) for a total of 705$? is that any other 'hidden fees' i need to pay?

Hello! I'm currently processing Citizenship application for my wife, and im at the part where we need to pay the fees. My question may be stupid, but can i use my credit card to pay the fees? or it has to be absolutely the applicant credit card that must be used to pay the fees? thanks in advance!
