I have read from other forum 2yrs ago that if ever the qouta is reached for that current year, in our case 2016, they will just consider us under the 2017 new qouta, even if year 2016 is not yet over. I do not know however if this will still apply to us.

This is sad. I thought i wil already be receiving PPR by august. Yet, 6mos had passed since medicals done last April
