lol i thought RPRF stood for RePayment of Removal Fees well if you were removed on gov't expense, you will def have to pay back either $750 if removed to the U.S or $1500 per person for other parts of the world.

that's great news. congrats. You're very close to getting the final approval. I believe they only ask for the removal fees when ARC is in the process of being granted. It wouldn't make sense for them to be asking for removal fees if the ARC was denied, frankly, nobody would pay them.

You can use an FBI channeler i believe for CIC applications. You must be a U.S citizen or a green card holder to use an FBI channeler. The search results come thru almost instantaneously. I ran a self-check on myself thru an FBI channeler and the results came back in my email even before i left...
