yes I think it's just a system error, we have seen different system errors from the them that will make us expect anything. therefore, don't worry since you submit it it to VFS and they accept it. you will be fine inshallah. you are welcome and Good luck

Sounds confusing. My advice would be print all the emails about that matter and the screen shots that you have. Take them all and go to VFS tomorrow and don't leave until they call the embassy to ask them to allow you to still submit your LOA, because it was not your mistake. this time submit...

according to VFS It takes maximum 2 working days for it to be ready after this status, mine was ready next day in the morning. I think it will be ready on Sunday, call them Sunday morning and ask them. they will probably call you anyway the same time.. Congarts :D

Hey Omar.. I reached out to someone working in the embassy and he confirmed that we don't need a transit visa unless the layover is more that 24 hours. You only need to show your Canadian visa and that's it, So we are good to go.
