I have the same IP and office and also just received the notice to write the test this morning in Scarborough on November 16th. Looks like many Mississauga applicants are being transferred.

That's the second April applicant from Mississauga that has received the test invite before those still waiting in February. I have a feeling those who have received it had their file transferred to Scarborough office and those still waiting are stuck in Mississauga.
