Child birth in USA after PR Visa issued

Understood. Thanks for feedback. Main reason for concern: When sponsoring family member, you need to meet financial benchmarks depending on the size of your family. Now that I have child on its way, does that mean that VO has to go back to our application and re-assess for financial eligibility...

Ankara Visa Office Applicants Check in here! :)

I believe you have to apply to the Canadian Visa Office that is responsible for your country of citizenship. It appears that there is an embassy in Peru, but they only process Federal Immigration Programs. If you are applying for study permit, they will forward your application to Mexico...

Ankara Visa Office Applicants Check in here! :)

I am aware about dual intent. But dual intent states that VO cannot reject just because you want to stay permanently in Canada. However, you still need to prove that you will leave Canada at the end of authorized stay. I hired a lawyer for visitor visa and we had a very strong case but still got...

Ankara Visa Office Applicants Check in here! :)

You are contradicting Khosro1380 who says there is Persian forum. In any event, this is not relevant. I am not here to argue, I just wanted to give you perspective of other 4 countries.

Ankara Visa Office Applicants Check in here! :)

OK, fair point. I don't speak Farsi, so I don't know the other forums you mentioned. It seems really strange that Iran, country with no diplomatic ties, will be processed sooner that other 4. This is my opinion and I have the right to express it.

Ankara can only process limited applications in a year. Maybe because Iranians push too much, they process Iranian cases and put in the back burner the other 4 countries? That is why I am saying: Rather than demanding Iranian cases processed within 8 months, you should be asking that all time...
