Congrats! Is there any email notification when they sent the card?

Same here. Photos received on July 6th and I am still waiting for PR card. Couldn't link to the application either...I found one post on reddit who received the PR card from Edmonton office recently though.

It's crazy...I called serveral times. They told me eveything is good, just waiting for final review since November.

The IRCC website says the current processing time for new PR card is 103 days.

Are they really finalizing it via phone call? I got one last week but I thought it was a spam and hang up...

I got the same reply for my first webform. I raised another one few days later specifically asking if the eligibility, security, and criminality passed or not, and then finally received the status of my application.
