I have the funds now. when applying to IRCC it will be morethan the POF and older than six months. My question is the updated bank statement. i had emergency and had to withdraw then fulfill it again. Do I need to send explanation letter for that?

Hi Stanlee What i meants is i showed the funds, but due to emergency withdraw it while the file with OINP but I got the funds back now before any call for updated bank statement. is that ok with them? I will be having 3X POF while entering Canada hopefully it was just an emergency!

No links but they will ask you if applied before in the EE itself and you can add your old profile. I already dd that last November when OINP requested people to recreate their EE.
