Hi I actually had like 33 days when I had that issue, I kept playing with the personal history, changing browser, clearing cookies and doing related stuffs and was fortunate it eventually allowed me proceed at some point. Thanks for offering a helping hand.

Hi Guys, followed the same process but now having a different issue. My personal history page shows in progress no matter what I fill in. I have no gaps in the history and tried deleting everything and leaving just my current job, so I can include the full history in an LOE, but still no luck...

Wondering if this is a unique problem or if anyone else is having same issue. I have not been able to submit my application since Nov19, everytime I attempt to transmit and pay, it comes up with an error page advising that the page is currently unavailable. Please any one with useful information...
