Dont worry, that means your passport is stamped and sent back to you, you may get your passport soon. I have exact same status, it changed yesterday and our local VFS office allow us to track our passports, which says it is couriered. Congratulations,

I got email, FYI photo spec is changed recently (The original information was shared by sylvia27), that save some time for us. they asked us only 3 things 1) the email 2) Passport and 3) pictures. Wish you all the best

Background status changed on 5 or 6 Jun and got PPR on 20th Jun. Thanks

I agree but FYI mine changed only once so far it was "YOUR APPLICATION IS IN PROGRESS, THE NEXT STEP IS TO CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECK" then it changed to "WE ARE PROCESSING YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK, WE WILL SEND YOU A MESSAGE IF WE NEED MORE INFORMATION" before I got PPR.

Mine stayed there from September 2016 till last week they started processing background check.

I think it changed today or yesterday, I am sure I check status Friday (I gave up checking status everyday after loooong wait)

Our medical is expiring in August, though on ECAS it says decision made, I am keeping my finger crossed
