I applied for the PGWP and i did not realize while filling the imm5710 form that i put my given name in family name and my last name under the given name. I have already submitted the application and all the documents. Will my application be decline due to this mistake :( ?

Hey guys .. I applied via a consultant on 20th july through paper. My file is being processed at chandigarh visa office. Should i link my paper file to a cic account? Also what are the benefits in doing so? Please do reply guys :)
