Thanks. I'll look into it. I applied about a week and a half ago online. I contacted the VAC and turns out the visa office required more documents than was outlined online. I'm getting all the papers and will apply in person in a few days this time.

How do I get an ATIP? It says I need to be a PR or citizen of Canada to request one.

I'll attach the transcripts and diploma to the statement of purpose. I'm just worried that if I apply again I'll get rejected. They didn't check off any other reasons apart from the ones I mentioned so I just hope they won't come up with new reasons.
