When you call CIC, what do they say? by the way, how do you know that the security screening has been completed on 24 April 2017?

Nova Scotia? how come? are you PNP inland? Are you Express Entry applicant?

Today I called CIC to follow up my application as it has already passed the 6 months. They said everything is in order. When I asked that if my security has been passed or still ongoing, she said: "From my end, I can see some one has been assigned to and hopefully it will be finalized soon"...

And its amazing that even after sending my resume, this quote is not changed yet since 14th June.

I have the same quote. Two weeks after this quote, they asked me to send them resume. I believe they will ask you some additional documents soon. Its good if you can give them a call

Have you applied under PNP or CEC? Is your work experinece letter issued by the same company that you are still working with?

Do they wanna check your employment status only? or they wanna make sure you are still in the same province that you have applied for?

They asked me in middle of June. My BG changed to IP2 in July. My AOR is 30 Dec. Have you ordered GCMS notes?
