Getting an error! I am not able to check the status on ECAS. I believe new residents cannot check status of PR card online. We can find out only by calling CIC.

I called up CIC yesterday and they said my card has been sent for printing. I am traveling outside Canada next week and I hope I get my card before I leave. Landed Oct 18
