Hello. I need to fill up form IMM5563 to find out the main reason for my visa refusal. It asked me to provide File number and/or location. I dont know which one is my file number..is it UCI number ( 8 digit ) or my application number ( S+ nine digit). Thx in advance :)

Hello. i need to fill up IMM5563 form. it asked for file number. so my question is should i write UCI ( 8 digit) number or Application number ( S +9 digit ) ? Thank you
