UPDATE. So my September intake got missed but with a lot of requests to university, highlighting my situation where i cannot withdraw, the university did defer my admission to Jan, however they do not usually do so for international freshmen. I got my deferral on thursday as friday was last date...

Just 2 days left now. I'll have to e-mail the university atleast on wednesday to drop admission so to get fees refund as I don't want to take any risk and wait till exact deadline i.e friday. Lets see what happens.

Listen don't worry, in my knowledge, it doesn't work like this. Every institute has it's own deadline for financial penalty and after that date only fees gets deducted for the courses enrolled in, irrespective of the visa decision.
