Its actually not like that. We have a telegram group and we have about 35 pnp outland sinp and all of them got ppr. And most of Aor are from august to october. Uts just me there who hasnt got the email

I ordered two set of notes. The last one was generated on 3 dec. Till that time security and eligibility were not started.

I have not heard any ppr news as well. my background check is not started after 7 months I just hope our applications wouldn't stretch to 16 months.

Iran. We dont have canada office here. They usually process it in turkey or paris

200 days passed since Aor and no news. Even my background check is not in process. Called cic and they told me your application is still in process in ottawa. I thought they would send it to local visa office by now.

Two of my friends just got ppr email. 9.30 am toronto time. They were both FSW express entry outland( no nomination). Their AOR were 7 and 17 march 2016. I didnt think they are working today. Hope someone here also gives some good news today or tomorrow

Those too. The thing is there are so many pnp outlands waiting. Inlands are already in canada so your living condition wont change.
