Make sure to check both My CIC and ECAS In my case ECAS has been updated to Decision Made whereas My CIC says Final decision Not Started just like yours.

ECAS Status chaged to Decision Made But My CIC still shows Final Decision Not Started BG In Process since Friday 24th Feb

24th May Applicant.. absolutely no updates. According to GCMS Notes Eligibility : Recommended Passed since mid Dec 2016.. and no activity of any kind on the file since.

The direct flight is long, approx 13 hrs. Connecting flights via China/Japan etc are generally 4-5Hrs + LAYOVER + 11-12Hrs. Connecting flights via Europe/UK are generally 7-8hrs + LAYOVER + 8-9 Hrs if flying direct from Europe/UK to Vancouver for the second half or 7-8hrs + LAYOVER + 6-7...

Only Air Canada has direct flights from Delhi to Vancouver and only 3 days a week i.e. on Mondays | Thursdays | Saturdays
