In my case it took me almost 2 months to get DM after my BG changed to "IN PROGRESS" I called CIC and they told me that they are finalizing most of the files within 16 months. I waited for 15 Months and 9days to get my DM and PPR.

November 27th applicant-I have waited for 6 years as well to reach here, I know its very difficult to wait, but I just got my decision made on March 8th and PPR same day in the evening. I hope you will hear something this week....... May be today you never know :D :D
