Got a letter from immigration for services available pre arriv for my parents PR,still waiting for passport submissions email,any Idea how long it takes after receiving this email for pre arrival services to get another email

It doesn't take long to make marriage certificate.you need one wittness from dad side and one wittness from Mom side for their wedding,and you canget their MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE IN REGISTRAR office,

Not a condition to land but yes safrty until you get your Medical service card . :) :)
