Hi Pradeep, It is not true that they are taking more time for Indians. I am an Indian from 11th draw, submitted my spp2 on Dec 27, 2015. I got nomination on Jun 15, 2016. It might be because of the no of applications between the dates of spp2 or some other reasons, so don't loose hope.
