Yes you are right. They just got their medical done March2022 and their landing visa is until March 2023.

Just sharing my experience. It took 13-15 days for my parent’s, my friend’s parents and my cousin’s parents application. All of us submitted application at the same time and were received on same day March 11. Our file’s progress is quite comparable to each other.

Offcurse the letter addresses you father(principal applicant and dependent if there is any). Normally, part of the letter where they ask you about additional documents mention the person name and their UCI#.
