No, I am not aware why, I just believe it's possibly because it was sent in prior to the pandemic that officer who first got my file wasn't working and it was left undone ..... there were many people who submitted way after and got their final decisions within weeks .... I have no idea, I know...

Thanks, my biometrics was given when I applied for my study visa in 2016 so I did not have to give again as it is valid for 10yrs.

You can use an official transcript , or a copy of your transcript from your school's website should be sufficient.

That's great! It's just frustrating when you are waiting for a while and it seem like that is the most likely option for a fast reply. Fully understand, it may not be the same for me, that's my concern restarting the wheel and prolonging the process. Thanks for the update and congrats!

Yes, its super frustrating (as you should know) I have a full time job and my permit expires soon, so my concern is that I will lose the job if I dont receive the final decision in time.
