My PPR email says it takes approximately 7 days after receiving the documents for the Visa Office in Vienna to return the documents to you. No shipping time included. So it seems to be faster, but it may also be different for other Visa offices.

I'm happy to see your case got re-opened. Hopefully PPR for you soon. And I also think they want to see your professional CV so, education, work experience and general or specialised duties you performed.
