    We applied for OHIP, but can we collect the actual card later

    Hi All, We have applied for OHIP and we were told we will be eligible after 5-Aug'16. However we are travelling back to India and will come back mostly in October or November. Will we still be able to go and collect the OHIP ? Please advise! Thanks Prash :)
