Hi there, You dont need an immigration lawyer. you can can apply your self. print off the package and check list from CIC website and do it yourself its very simple. lawyer might charge you $500 to $1000 for something very simple and easy. Good luck

I think all family cases are processed at New Delhi..even tho it says Chandigarh...not to worry i guess about that..they have my parents passports since April, yet not have received them till today..not sure what process they are still doing..good luck we are still hanging in there..:(

Hi thank you, my dad asked VFS they dont know anything about the delay...they told dad if he wish he can put a reminder??? but i guess my dad wasnt ready at that time and wanted to wait untill next week..but it is ridiculous to keep someone's travel document for that long...what if person needs...
