Thank you:) Ya we got lucky but we didn't have anything out of the norm or any red flags. We are both from Tunisia and we have been married for 5 years same age. I provided lots and lots of proof. We lived together in Tunisia for most of the time :) I think all of that helped :)

awww hang in der Are you sure that it will expire that soon. When did he do the medical? my husband did his from Tunisia and I it said it will expire in 3 years.I know CIC would only take a year one but that what it said on his medical...

You can pay it anytime you want or you can wait until they request it. Either way is fine :). I am doing my husband's and that's what the lawyer told me. I paid mine when they requested it :) Hopefully this will help

When it comes to layover ,you can transit through one European country without visa but if have to stop in another European country you will need a transit visa unless you have a European passport that you wouldn't need it. I had this happen to someone I know and they wouldn't let her go...
