Is it possible to include my mother as a dependent in my PR application, along with my wife? If yes, any particular documentation stating she is dependent on me? I haven't applied yet.

If I add my mother as a co-owner of my property (apartment in India), will that help? It's in my name and wife's right now. Mother's name can be the third one. If that works as a proof of sufficient ties back to India, I can do it.

Thanks....so LICO requirements must be for the last 3 years? This would mean I cannot apply as soon as I begin my job in Canada, which essentially means Super Visa is the only option (and H&C takes 39 months to process on average, as per CIC website) :(

Ok. Super Visa is my first option. If that gets rejected, I will have to go for H&C. My mother cannot stay alone by herself in India, so cannot wait to sponsor her on parent visa as I understand this process takes time and has a quota. Both visitor visa and Super Visa have a primary condition...
