thanx @knoxis i was thinking if i should contact CIC and inform them to tag my UMI with my application so as to avoid delay. would also attach the E medical sheet in the mail

I went for an Upfront medical after submitting my visa application Online and i was giving the E medical application sheet. My question is when CIC finally notify me for Medicals can i upload the E medical sheet i got from the Upfront medical or i have to take another medical exam again. pls...
