Thanks a lot for your reply, but my case is complicated as I have two bachelors. The second one got attested by WES and I submitted my EE file. I lately came to know about ICAS and was informed that I can't submit two evaluation reports from different institutions.

Hello , if the university is not listed with WES but attested by the ministry of higher education , do they still asses that certificate
