I'm September applicant, randomly checked CIC website to see my status yesterday, it is shown as "Decision make". But still haven't receive the passport request email yet~~is that normal ?

I think CIC is actually working today. I received an email from them at 8:00 am this morning, told me that I can link my paper files with CIC (which is useless cuz I already know, just couldn't link them). Don't know why they send me this though. (btw, I'm sep2015 applicant already done med check).

Just FYI, I did med check on Jul08, 2016, ECAS shows "5.Medical results have been received." today. I haven't checked for 2-3 days, so I guess it updated some day this week :) Anyone knows if it has one more step to say "medical passed?"
