It has been almost two weeks since my bg turned in progress for the 2nd time. Most of the applicants got ppr within few days of bg turning to in progress 2nd time. So, I am wondering why it is taking longer for me. Anybody else who has bg turned in progress for the 2nd time recently?

It may not happen in your case at all. It may remain in progress through out until you get PPR. However, if your case is similar to me, you will see your background check will change from in progress to not needed in the upcoming days.( you may be asked to submit additional documents at that...

Well, it does not happen to all the applicants. It is common for inland applicants that background check goes to in progress initially, then after a few days or weeks it changes to not needed (like my case). Then after quite a long wait, background check turns in progress again. Thats when PPR...

Your pace is very fast. My AoR was March 28. My bg check went to in progress 2nd time on July 7. Normally when bg changes to in progress 2nd time, PPR is very close. Hopefully we will hear good news soon. Good luck.

Guys When background check turns in progress for the 2nd time, does it mean that everything else is Ok or your could still get rejected at this stage? My BG updated to in progress 2nd time on July 7, so I am wondering how long I will have to wait to get a decision.
