Fingerprints are request for few selected applicants, so not necessary you will get one special you have done Test, so very rare chances to get FP request. hang on tight you should get Oath request in couple of weeks :)

my parents are in same boat, my father got Fingerprint request, which was done on Jul 15, 2022, then Portal was updated on 1 Sep 202 that they received it till now there is no other update so looks like for older people the timeline is different

i am having same issue, its mentioned there that we have to reset our password however they having some technical issues , i guess we have to reset our password for existing account once technical issues is been resolved ....

My Father got FP via email if you provided your email address most of the communication will be via email

no need to worry, my father got finger print too , its normal for IRCC to take around 45 days to update finger prints updates.

Can you please confirm how long they took to send out documents after visa was stamped on passport ?

in my case its longer ....passports received by Ottawa on 26/Jul/2019 still waiting to get it back so i would say its may take around 4 - 7 weeks in some cases.
