I applied for a renewal of a study permit and it got approved, they say they are going to mail it to me within Canada but i left, can they print it out at the Point Of entry when i return to Canada?

I applied on march 14th online but it took so long and finally got approved on may 14. Got the notification "Approved" and a letter saying your study permit will be mailed to the address on file. How long does it usually take to get here i am waiting by the mailbox daily.
