I just saw that (about most recent entry) I just don't understand the wording as if it's somewhat OK to be out of status. I hope I'm making sense to you? I would just think if you're out of status you're out of status - no need for them to suggest restoration.

Wow - that's something alright. Do I include only my immediate family? I have a LARGE family. Not to mention I'm filling out the form from within Canada - and it's suggested that a person over 18 has to fill out their own form.

I have no dependants. It will only be myself being sponsored by my boyfriend. Does my boyfriends two children have to fill out this form? For section B that is? For section C do I have to include my little brother? even if he's not being sponsored? Sorry if these are stupid questions I'm just...

I was under the impression that I could still apply even though I'm out of status? At least that seems to be the consensus. I'm scared I'll be denied re-entry into Canada if I try to leave and come back so I can "restart" the clock on my permitted time here as a visa-exempt passport holder.

Is this a common occurrence? I'm really scared that if I leave Canada I won't be allowed back in. I have a hard time trying to convince myself to apply inland (the processing time is entirely too long) so still desire to go the Outland route.
