    According to the CIC agent I phoned this morning, they are opening OWP applications that arrived on 15th Feb or before and they are issuing the permits on the same day they open them.

    Morning folks, I have a small dilemma. Visiting visa runs out 19/6/16, AOR with OWP received by CIC on 1/3/16. Attorney says it's a risk not to extend my stay visiting in the case that my application is returned and I fall out of status. Phoned CIC and they say I'm on implied status as my OWP...

    Hi, I have just spoken to CIC and they confirmed that they don't start processing the OWP until the 4 months approaches. Hence why it's difficult to link it... it probably doesn't exist yet :( They received my app on March 1st, 2016. Waiting very patiently for the OWP ???
