August 2, 2016 applicant. My background changed to in progress yesterday - December 18, 2017.

I experience same thing every time I try to log-in. I'm able to access my account only after about 5+ tries. Any one has a clue on how to resolve this? Sent a complaint & after following the steps they said I should, the issue still persists.
