We did. And We had already sent them the copies back in Nov. They requested it again. The letter titles passport request letter but its asking only for photocopies!

Same here- I am unable to link mine too. Tried different combinations and family sizes. One possibility could be they have not entered our application in the online system yet? But I see in the online status as Medicals completed.
