It's low to get a refusal after being asked for medical, but it happens. Decision depends on background checks and processing time in the country you applied. I have been waiting for more than a month after the medical passed. good luck

You can do print and scan or you can use the signature tool to sign it without printing. Your father MUST be the one doing it and put his signature on it then scan it and upload it. Apparently transcript and toefl if needed they will ask you to upload it but no need to.

You download both forms and fill them then you sign the family one. The application form will be electronically signed when you submit all documents. I think if you're less than 18 years old your father should be the one signing it. For financial support, you need to submit bank statements...

No need to worry, Pakistan applications' processing time is 15 weeks, and if it's being processed in Abu Dhabi you can go with the 16 weeks. I have applied on 20th of April application processing in Abu Dhabi - 16 weeks - and I did not get anything.
