COPR has been received! I have up to about 3 months to land. For reference, I started my whole process on October 8, 2016.

The final decision status in my myCIC account just updated to "Your application was approved". I mailed them my PPR response letter on February 16, for reference. COPR still has yet to arrive, but it should be any day now.

I sent my passport photocopy and other required documents to Ottawa as requested in my PPR email on February 16. I still have yet to receive anything from them, and neither mycic or ecas has updated since. When should I consider contacting the CIC to confirm that they received everything okay? I...

I am in the same situation as you, and I can also confirm that eCAS is behaving the same for me. As for receiving the COPR, I mailed out my PPR response (passport photocopy, etc) to Ottawa on February 16, but still have yet to receive the COPR.

My background check started on January 27, 2017.

We just received our AOR1 notification email, our package arrived in Mississauga on October 12. Still unable to check the status with either myCIC or ECAS.

FBI received my request on Feb 16th, and my card was just charged today. Hopefully delivery to AZ won't take too long!
