We received AIP which is the second AOR just for the applicant by email and the first AOR by mail. Looks like the same process to me .. not long after AIP was sent in the mail we were sent the request for passport and then medical.

The OWP was not sent with the app.

how long does it usually take to receive correspondence after "Decision Made"?

I had that problem in the beginning before they sent him a letter with his own uci number.

So... I've been stalking the CIC website like a hawk! My husbands app was sent March 21, 2016. & today the status changed from "in process" to "decision made". We sent the RPRF with the application and did the medical and the time has come. All we are waiting for now is the email or letter ...

no problem! I realized they don't care for stuff like that as long as you put it in as it says in the instructions, you'll be just fine. Considering they are legible and in blue or black ink.

I typed all the application on the computer and little things like that where I didn't have space I wrote in. So for example I typed Married and printed it out then right under it small but very legible I wrote physically present. Hope that helped
